Since becoming a parent I have seen first hand how quickly life flies by.  Parts of my life are now a blur.  That is, until I look back at my photographs.  Each and every time they take me back to a moment that may have become lost among the chaos that is life.  A good photo should be able to hold emotion, memories and take you back to the day it was taken. I love to capture that dreamy newborn grin, the natural innocence of a toothless smile, the wild behind your child’s eyes and the love your family holds for each other. As a mom of two young boys, I am quick on my feet and always have something up my sleeve to get that contagious laugh out of a child.

I have been a professional photographer for the last five years but have had a love of photography my whole life. I have had the privilege to study under one of the premier newborn and family photographers in Connecticut for the last several years.

I am fortunate enough to have turned what I love into my career.  I strive to capture natural images of people that truly capture their individuality and lifestyle. If your heart melts a little when you look at your child’s wild smile or partner’s familiar expression then I have succeeded. I hope to help you celebrate your life through photographs, adding images to the story of your life as it unfolds, always too rapidly and always too easily forgotten.

“When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.”
“There is only you and your camera. The limitations in your photography are in yourself, for what we see is what we are.”
“Black and white are the colors of photography. They symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is subjected.”
